釀酒設(shè)備蒸餾前需要注意哪些事項(xiàng)?

(一)設(shè)備清洗
(1) Equipment cleaning
新設(shè)備使用前,應(yīng)進(jìn)行清洗,否則剛開始幾鍋酒會(huì)有苦味及邪雜味。清洗部位包括:蒸煮鍋內(nèi)側(cè)、酒度可調(diào)鍋蓋內(nèi)側(cè)及內(nèi)膽導(dǎo)氣管內(nèi)側(cè)、冷卻器內(nèi)膽。
